1. ⚠️ **Urgent Information:** (Please read this carefully *before* making a booking. Since it is not possible to convey this level of detail to customers making inquiries over the phone, all guests are requested to thoroughly understand the rules outlined here.)

2. 🏛️ **Sitaram Lodge: Discipline & Decorum** – Sitaram Lodge is a family-oriented and reputable establishment. Here, adherence to discipline and the law is of paramount importance—it takes precedence over everything else.

3. We welcome only *decent* and *genuine* guests. There is absolutely no place here for those who violate the norms of decorum and propriety.

4. 🚫 **Strict Message for Indecent and Suspicious Customers:**

**Entry Prohibited:** If you intend to consume alcohol or intoxicants, engage in immoral activities, or create a disturbance, there is no place for you at Sitaram Lodge. Do not come here, and do not attempt to make a booking.

5. ⚖️ **Legal Action & Formal Notice** – **Legal Repercussions:** If any unruly customer attempts to enter the premises by disregarding these rules, they are essentially inviting trouble upon themselves. Such individuals will be immediately reported to the police and will be held solely responsible for facing the ensuing legal consequences.

6. **Intoxicants Strictly Prohibited:** Consuming intoxicants on the premises, or entering the lodge while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, is strictly forbidden.

7. **Important:** Guests must understand that Sitaram Lodge is not like other ordinary hotels or lodges; here, decorum and discipline are paramount.

8. **Caution:** Trouble rarely announces itself in advance. Individuals harboring malicious intentions should not even attempt to make a booking here; otherwise, they will find themselves entangled in serious trouble. 

9. 🆔 **Strict ID Proof Regulations: Uniform for All** — Whether you are a married couple, an unmarried couple, a solo traveler, or a family group/event booking—the rules apply equally to everyone:

10. **Original ID Only:** At the time of check-in, it is mandatory for every guest to possess their *original* government-issued photo ID (such as an Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Driving License, or Passport). A room will *not* be allotted without an original ID.

11. **ID Card Requirement:** For entry, it is mandatory for all guests to bring their original ID card along with a photocopy of the same.

12. **Mandatory Notification:** For security reasons, the data of all guests is immediately shared with the police portal.

13. **Police Verification:** To ensure your safety and maintain legal transparency, the complete data and ID details of every guest are submitted to the local police portal. This is a standard legal procedure; therefore, genuine and law-abiding guests have absolutely no reason to be concerned.

14. **Written Declaration:** Every guest is required to personally sign the photocopy of their ID. "By signing, it is deemed acknowledged that this photocopy is a true and accurate reproduction of the guest's original ID." Furthermore, by signing, guests signify their full acceptance of all the terms and conditions of Sitaram Lodge.

15. Please provide all the necessary information accurately in the Lodge Register and the Booking Form.

16. ⚠️ **Booking Conditions:** Please proceed with your booking *only* after reading all the details and fully understanding the terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from making a booking.  

17. Once the document has been signed, a customer’s subsequent claim—such as "I did not read the rules," "I did not understand them," or "The staff did not provide me with the information"—shall not be considered legally valid.

If you harbor any fear, anxiety, hesitation, suspicion, or similar apprehension regarding police verification or the sharing of your ID, such customers are advised to stay away from Sitaram Lodge. Therefore, please do not make a booking here. Do not take any risks.

19. Sitaram Lodge caters exclusively to families and individuals who respect the law and adhere to the decorum and discipline of our establishment. Any form of negligence or violation of rules on these premises will result in immediate, strict legal action—without prior notice—and the police will be duly informed. 20. 🏛️ Booking Policy for Unmarried Couples

Sitaram Lodge is a family-oriented and respectable establishment. We welcome only those unmarried couples whose relationship is genuine and transparent—specifically those who harbor no hesitation or fear in disclosing details regarding their relationship should the need arise.

21. To ensure safety and decorum, our rules are extremely strict:

22. **Unbreakable and Transparent Relationships:** Only couples who know each other well and share a dignified relationship should book here. There is no place here for individuals with dubious intentions or those seeking merely recreational encounters.

23. ⚖️ **Respect and Eligibility:** We welcome everyone without any discrimination. The minimum age requirement is 21 years for couples and 18 years for single travelers.

24. **Intent and Legal Warning:** At Sitaram Lodge, merely possessing valid ID proof is not sufficient for a stay; your intentions must also be completely transparent. If there is any doubt, apprehension, or malicious intent regarding your relationship, please do not book a room here. Arriving with malicious intent or under suspicious circumstances could lead to serious legal trouble. "Sitaram Lodge is a place solely for truth and transparency."

25. **Original ID Mandatory:** At the time of check-in, both individuals must present their original government-issued photo ID (such as Aadhaar, Voter ID, etc.). Digital copies or photocopies are not considered valid.

26. **Police Verification:** Data regarding all guests is immediately submitted to the Police Portal. If you feel fearful, anxious, or apprehensive about sharing your ID or undergoing police verification, please do not book here.

27. **Intoxication and Discipline:** Arriving in an intoxicated state or violating the rules will be treated as a criminal offense, and immediate legal action will be initiated. Such individuals will be reported to the police without delay.

28. 🚫 **Strict Prohibition for Suspicious or Unruly Guests:** If you harbor any fear, doubt, or anxiety regarding police verification or sharing your ID—or if you feel any hesitation or discomfort—please refrain from booking here.

29. **Clarity of Language:** It is our strict policy that no guest shall sign the rules without first reading and fully understanding them. For your convenience, our booking form is available in Hindi, English, and Bengali.  Your signature signifies your complete agreement with all the rules and regulations.

Customers are advised to sign the booking form only after having read and fully understood the form and all accompanying rules. Once signed, it will not be legally admissible to claim that you had not read the rules or that you were not informed of them.

Before signing the Sitaram Lodge booking form, please thoroughly read and understand all 25 terms and conditions outlined therein. Your signature implies that you have accepted all the rules.

​The rates at Sitaram Lodge are strictly fixed. We prioritize your safety and dignity over monetary gain.

34. ​👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Group Bookings (Special for 'Bado Maa Darshan' Pilgrims)

​Large Groups (3 to 15 people): We have special large rooms and halls available for devotees of Bado Maa, wedding guests, or professional groups.

35. ​Availability: For groups of 3, 5, 7, 10, or 15 people, room availability and rates are determined at the counter based on a 'per person' and 'time slot' basis.

37. ​💰 Fixed Rate Policy

​No Bargaining: Our rates are fixed as per the tariff chart. Please do not waste your time or ours by attempting to bargain.

38. ​Time = Savings: The longer you choose to stay, the more economical the rates become. 

 39. ​Rental Range: Rooms are available from ₹440 to ₹2,100 (AC/Non-AC).

40. ​GST: A 5% GST is mandatory on all room rates. There are no hidden charges.

41. ⏱️ Booking Facilities – Early Check-in: Early check-in facilities are available at Sitaram Lodge.

42. Market Rate: Room tariffs are subject to change based on the time of year and demand (Daily Market Rate).

43. 🆔 Most Important Notice: Your safety is paramount—more important than money. Under no circumstances will a room be allotted at Sitaram Lodge without a valid Original ID. It is mandatory for every guest to carry their Original ID at the time of check-in.

44. Online booking facilities are currently not available at Sitaram Lodge. Advance bookings can only be made in person upon arrival at the Sitaram Lodge office.

45. "Sitaram Lodge is not like ordinary lodges. Here, discipline and rules are paramount (held above all else)."

46. Citizenship: Only Indian citizens are permitted to stay here.

47. Rules (Reporting to the Police): In accordance with government regulations, it is mandatory to share the details of every guest on the police portal in real-time. Concealing information or providing false details constitutes a legal offense. Guests who are apprehensive about being recorded in government records or reported to the police have no place here.

48. Final Legal Warning: Using a fraudulent ID or providing false information may expose you to legal trouble and police action. If you harbor any ulterior motives, fears, or hesitations, please refrain from booking here. It is far better to respect our protocols and advice than to face regrets later for violating the rules.

49. Police action will be initiated if narcotics, prostitution, or any other illegal activities are discovered within the premises.

50. Safety of Belongings: Guests are solely responsible for their own safety as well as the security of their valuables and cash; Sitaram Lodge shall not be held liable for any loss or damage of any kind.

51. Refund Policy: Once a room has been booked and payment has been processed, the room rent or booking amount will not be refunded under any circumstances.

52. Event-Related Rules: For weddings or large-scale events, it is the responsibility of the booking party to inform all guests to carry their original government-issued ID cards. Failure to do so will result in denial of entry, for which the booking party shall be solely and entirely liable.

53. AC Malfunction: In the event of a technical malfunction, a maximum refund of ₹200 will be provided.

54. Technical Assistance: Repairs for any unforeseen issues within the room—such as electrical faults or plumbing leaks—may take some time to resolve. In such situations, we request the guests' patience and cooperation.

55. Security Deposit and Indemnity Rules: A security deposit of ₹1000 is mandatory at the time of check-in.

56. Check-out Procedure: Please notify the staff 10 minutes prior to vacating the room to facilitate a room inspection.

57. Compensation: Any damage caused to the Lodge's property will be compensated for using this security deposit. If the cost of damages exceeds ₹1000, the guest will be required to pay additional compensation.

58. 🚫 Strict Rules for Outsiders: The entry of any external individual (Guest) into the room is strictly prohibited without prior entry in the Sitaram Lodge register and explicit permission. Any violation of these rules will result in the immediate cancellation of the room booking, and strict legal action will be initiated.

59. Check-in time is 11:00 AM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM.

60. Property and Cleanliness: Compensation will be charged for littering or causing damage to the property.

61. Energy Conservation: It is mandatory to switch off lights, fans, and air conditioners when leaving the room.

62. Entry Timings: The main gate of the lodge remains closed from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM (except in emergency situations).

63. Nighttime Access: Prior permission is required to enter or exit the premises during the night.

64. Rights: The management reserves the right to modify these rules.

65. Rules (Security and CCTV): For your safety and for the sake of transparency, the entire premises of Sitaram Lodge are under 24-hour CCTV surveillance.

66. ⚖️ Legal Jurisdiction: In the event of any dispute, the jurisdiction for judicial proceedings and rulings shall lie exclusively with the Barrackpore Court (North 24 Parganas).

67. All guests wishing to stay at Sitaram Lodge are requested to carefully read and understand all rules, terms, and conditions outlined in the booking form *before* booking a room. If you do not agree with any of our rules, please refrain from making a booking or signing any documents. Once signed, it shall be deemed that you have accepted all terms and conditions.

68. "Right to Amend Rules: The management reserves the right to change or modify the rules and regulations of Sitaram Lodge from time to time without any prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the management's decision shall be final and binding."
