Rooms for every budget: We offer rooms (both AC and Non-AC) ranging from ₹440/- to ₹1,932/-.
5% GST included: All room tariffs already include 5% GST (no hidden charges).

Counter/Offline booking only:
5A. Online booking facilities are not available at Sitaram Lodge. Room bookings can only be made by visiting the lodge's reception counter in person.
5B. Customers often face confusion or disappointment when the actual room differs from the photos shown online, or if the room does not meet their expectations. To avoid such inconvenience and misunderstanding, Sitaram Lodge does not accept online bookings.
5C. Guests are requested to visit the lodge personally to inspect the room arrangements and facilities; please book only if you are satisfied with the room—there is no obligation to do so otherwise.

Book only after reading the rules: Guests are requested to carefully read and understand all rules displayed on the booking form and notice board before making a booking.
👨👩👧👦 7. Family & Safe Stay Policy
Families and official travelers only: Sitaram Lodge caters exclusively to families, official travelers, students, and solo travelers.
7A. Entry prohibited for unmarried couples: Rooms are not provided to unmarried couples at our lodge.
🆔 8. Mandatory ID & Police Verification Rules
At the time of check-in, all guests must present their original government-issued identity proof and submit a photocopy (Xerox) of the same.
8A. Important Notice & Legal Warning:
Mandatory Accurate Information: All guests (whether couples or other customers) must provide only true and accurate information in the booking form and register. Booking a room using incorrect names, fake IDs, or by misrepresenting relationships (false facts) constitutes a serious criminal offense under Indian law.
8B. For married couples, it is mandatory to provide an ID card showing a common address, the spouse's name, or a marriage certificate.
9. Administrative Security & Police Portal Information: In compliance with local administrative and security regulations, details regarding all guests' IDs and their stay are recorded on the Police Portal. If any guest is uncomfortable with sharing information on the Police Portal, please do not book a stay at Sitaram Lodge.

Sitaram Lodge supports environmental protection and resource conservation. Please use water and electricity judiciously.
10A. Please ensure all lights, fans, and air conditioners are switched off when leaving the room.

Prohibition of Intoxicants & Smoking: Consumption of alcohol or narcotics, as well as creating any kind of disturbance within the lodge premises, is strictly prohibited.

Acceptance of Rules: Signing the booking form or check-in register implies that you have read and understood all the rules of Sitaram Lodge and fully agree to them.
Management Rights: The lodge management reserves the right to amend the rules without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the management's decision shall be final and binding.

⏭️ With the pilgrims visiting Naihati to worship Boro Ma in mind, Sitaram Lodge is soon going to introduce special accommodation facilities for every pilgrim, with prices ranging from an introductory rate of ₹100 to ₹200. Additionally, customers will be required to pay a 5% GST charge.
