Following local police administration guidelines, we ensure a safe and law-abiding environment.

Secure Check-In Process:

Government Requirement: To ensure your safety and maintain law and order, all guest ID and address details are sent to the police's 'Guest/Security Portal' (or related online system) as per regulations.

Purpose: This process is solely for your safety to prevent any suspicious or antisocial activity at our lodge and to ensure all guests feel safe.

The information given here is given only and only keeping your safety in mind.

Part 1: Lodge Policy and Legal Compliance

1. ID Proof and Eligibility:

• Requirement:     It is mandatory for every Adult Guest booking and staying at the      lodge to present an Original and Valid Photo ID Proof issued by the      Government of India.

• Accepted IDs:     Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License, Voter ID Card, etc. (PAN Card may be accepted for identity but not as address proof).

• Entry Prohibition:     No guest will be permitted entry to the room without a valid ID proof.

• Age Limit:     The minimum age for staying at the lodge is 18 years. Individuals    below 18 years will not be provided a room unless accompanied by an adult.

2. Guest Registration and Data Sharing (Legal Obligation):

• Mandatory Registration: As per the directions of the Government of West      Bengal/Local Police, it is mandatory to record the details of all guests      (Name, Address, ID Proof Number, Check-in/Check-out time) in the Lodge      Register.

• Reporting to Police Portal (Legal Language): It is an absolute necessity and legally binding for      Sitaram Lodge to daily send/upload the data of all registered guests      (Guest Data) via the online portal to the concerned Police Authorities, as      per the directives of the Police of West Bengal.

• Informed Consent:     The booking guest understands and accepts that their personal data and      that of all accompanying guests will be shared with the Police Authorities      under the aforementioned legal compliance.

• Objection:     If any guest has any objection or hesitation regarding their data being      uploaded to the Police Portal, they should not consider booking at Sitaram      Lodge and may seek other alternatives.

3. Immoral/Illegal Activities (Legal Language):

• Any kind of Illegal, Immoral, or Criminal Activity     is strictly prohibited within the lodge premises.

• Prohibitions:     This includes causing noise, shouting, public nuisance, gambling,      consumption/possession of intoxicants/drugs, keeping explosive      materials/weapons, bringing pets/birds, and Prostitution.

• Action:     Any such immoral or illegal activity will be immediately reported to the      police, and the individuals involved will be evicted from the lodge      without prior notice. The lodge will not be responsible for anyone      involved in such activities.

• Entry of Outsiders is Prohibited: Entry/meeting of any outsider other than the person      registered in the lodge register is strictly prohibited in the room.

4. Couple/Guest Policy:

• Non-Discriminatory Policy: Sitaram Lodge’s policy does not discriminate against      any guest based on their marital status.

• Acceptance:     The lodge rents rooms to Adult Indian Citizens (married or      unmarried), provided they fulfill all necessary legal requirements.

• Mandatory Conditions:     All guests staying in the room must be Adults and possess a Valid      Original ID Proof.

• Prohibition for Non-Indians: The lodge is rented only to Indian citizens. Rooms      will not be provided to any Foreign National.

Part 2: Booking, Charges, and Payment

5. Room Rent:

• Rent Range:     Non-AC room rent ranges from ₹400 to ₹1500, and AC room rent ranges from      ₹1000 to ₹2000.
• Daily Market Dependency: The room rent depends on the daily market rates and      availability, and is determined accordingly.
• GST: 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be applied additionally to the      total room rent, which must be paid by the customer.

6. Check-in and Check-out:

• Fixed Timings:
  • Check-in Time:      11:00 AM
  • Check-out Time:      10:00 AM
• Early Check-in:     Subject to availability, Early Check-in may be accommodated upon request.
• Late Check-out:     Possible only with the permission of the lodge management and room      availability, for which extra charges may apply.
• Check-out Intimation:     The customer must inform the Sitaram Lodge Office at least 10 minutes      before checking out.

7. Advance Booking and Cancellation Policy:

• Purpose of Booking:     Advance Booking is primarily accepted only for guests attending wedding      ceremonies or guests coming from outside, etc.
• Full Payment:     The customer must pay the Full Expected Rent at the time of advance      booking.
• Non-Refundable:     In case of Booking Cancellation or No-Show, No Amount will be      Refunded. The customer must consider this condition before making the      booking.

8. Security Deposit:

• Amount:     The customer must pay a Security Deposit of ₹1000 at the time of      booking.
• Refund:     This amount will be returned at the time of check-out, provided there is      no damage to the room or lodge property.
• Damage Compensation:     If any damage occurs, the repair cost will be deducted from the security      deposit. If the cost of damage exceeds the security deposit, the customer      will have to make Additional Compensation.

Part 3: Lodge Facilities and Rules

9. Gate Timings and Night Entry:

• 🚪 Gate Timings and Security
• ​The main gate of the lodge closes at 11:00 PM and opens the next morning exactly at 06:00 AM. These timings have been set to ensure the security of the lodge and all the guests staying there, except in the event of a genuine medical emergency.
• Late Arrival:     If any customer needs to stay out or arrive late between these hours (11 PM to 6 AM), they must provide Written Intimation to the Sitaram      Lodge Office.

10. Facilities and Services:

• Free Wi-Fi:     Free Wi-Fi facility is available in the lodge.
• CCTV:     CCTV Cameras are installed all around the lodge for security purposes.
• TV:     Rooms with TV facility are also available.
• Room Service:     Room Service is provided from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM in the evening.
• Hot Water:     Geysers are installed in the room bathrooms for hot water facility during      the winter season.
• Bed Sheet Change:     It is not possible to change the bed sheets daily for customers staying      for more than one day.

11. AC Malfunction and Compensation:

• If the AC encounters any technical issue due to      unavoidable circumstances and cannot be repaired, ₹200 will be refunded      from the total rent to the customer.

12. Prohibition of Smoking and Intoxicants:

• Strict Prohibition:     Consumption of alcohol or any other intoxicating substance and Smoking     inside the room, especially in AC rooms, is Strictly Prohibited.

13. Power/Technical Fault:

• In the event of a sudden technical fault in the power      line, it may take time to repair. The lodge will not be responsible for      any inconvenience caused during this period.

14. Guest Responsibility and Lodge Liability:

• Safety:     Customers are solely responsible for the safety of their belongings.
• Disclaimer: Sitaram Lodge assumes no liability and will not be responsible for the      loss, theft, or damage of any guest's belongings.
• Wastage of Resources:     Customers are requested not to waste water and electricity. They should      turn off all lights, fans, and AC (if running) when leaving the room.

Part 4: General and Legal Clauses

15. Changes to Terms:

• Subject to Change:     The Terms & Conditions and Lodge Policy of Sitaram Lodge are Subject      to Change from time to time, as needed, without any Prior Notice.

16. ​​📝 ​To streamline your booking and check-in process at Sitaram Lodge, all esteemed guests are humbly requested to provide their complete, true, and accurate information in the Booking Form/Register. Your signature holds special significance. Signing the Sitaram Lodge register and booking form will be taken to mean that you: (1) fully accept and agree to abide by all current rules, policies, and terms of the Lodge, and (2) verify that all information provided by you is, to the best of your knowledge and belief, completely true, accurate, and valid.

17. Jurisdiction (Legal Language):

• In case of any dispute related to this lodge, the      judicial Jurisdiction will solely be with the courts of North 24      Parganas, West Bengal.

Sitaram Lodge Rent Starts From 400/- TO 1920/-RS.+ GST 5% 

Lodge Policy & Guest Registration Booking Form This is a booking form of Sitaram Lodge. This booking form is given to the customer at the time of check-in from the office of Sitaram Lodge. The customer should read and understand the lodge policy mentioned in this booking form. It is entirely up to the customer whether the customer understands the lodge policy or not, after that it is the responsibility of the customer to decide whether the booking of the lodge is appropriate or not. 

Sitaram Lodge also provides hostel facility starting from Rs.280/- + GST 5% 

Online booking facility of Sitaram Lodge is not available yet. Advance booking is done on arrival at Sitaram Lodge office.

This Lodge Hotel & Guest House Kolkata is at a prime location in Naihati.

Distance from Sitaram Lodge to Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport is about 36 KM.

Boro Maa Naihati -(Lodge- Hotel- Guest House) Sitaram Lodge - Naihati Sitaram Lodge is on main Road, 5 minute walking distance from Naihati Railway Station. Ramakrishna Talkies is located near bus stop.

Sitaram Lodge is located near the Ram Krishna Bus Stop. It is approximately 6 minutes (about 1 kilometer) from the Naihati Boro Maa Temple and less than 1 kilometer from Naihati Railway Junction. Sitaram Lodge offers guest house, lodge, hotel, and hospitality services. It is situated in a prime location on RBC Main Road.

Keeping in mind the pilgrims coming to Naihati to worship Boro Maa, Sitaram Lodge has started a special facility for the accommodation facility of each pilgrim with the package starting price of room starting price of ₹ 400/- On top of this the customer has to pay 5% GST charge.
